Summer Talent Assessment Intern
at Sprint Nextel in Overland Park‚ KANSAS
Job Description The Talent Assessment intern will assist in the development and maintenance of pre-hire assessment programs focused on improving quality of hire. The intern will conduct organizational research, analysis and development. Additional responsibilities include validation and ROI studies.
The ideal candidate will have training and experience developing, validating, managing, and demonstrating the effectiveness of pre-hire assessments.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Advanced graduate study in I/O psychology or a related field (post-Master’s degree or ABD).
- Some experience with the development, implementation and/or delivery of assessments.
- Experience with SPSS statistical software
- Knowledge of EEOC and OFCCP requirements and the Uniform Guidelines.
- Proven ability to operate in self-motivated environment.
- Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to detail
