Global Carrier Solutions International Operations Specialist

Accountability/Position Summary
This position is responsible for carrying out key responsibilities in support of the sales and buying teams in International Carrier Management. Duties will include dealing externally with both customers and suppliers. This is a key operations support role in continuing to grow a rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the following:
• Managing supply relationships with International Carriers
• Loading rate sheets into systems
• Managing routing, tickets and costs for International traffic
• Report Generation and Management e.g. routing management reports
• Sales support, generating and issuing pricing sheets
• Managing margins and pricing
• Managing bi-laterals and swaps
• Invoice validation and revenue assurance
Specific Functional/Technical Knowledge and Skills
• An understanding of the international telecommunications market
• Good technical knowledge of voice and data services
Other Skills/Competencies/Attributes
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
Education & Certification:
• Strong understanding of telecommunications networks
• University degree in Finance or Business
Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of wholesale carrier relations experience
