Finance Support Team Leader

In order to strength our Finance Support Team in Biel, we are looking for a Team Leader.
In this function, your mission will be to lead and motivate a team of 12 Finance Support Operators in the realisation of their targets. You will be responsible for the performances of your team (drop calls, duration and quality of the calls, customer satisfaction,...) and you will be the main point of contact of all the issues which may occure in your team.
In this function you will have to deal with credit, billing, payments and collections issues and your key tasks will be as follows :
* Lead, coach and motivate your team for the current tasks and control if the required performances are delivered. * Establish on a daily basis the performances report of your team and consolidate them. * Define the annual targets of your team members and evaluate the performances accordingly. * Ensure that accurate information is delivered in a professional way. * Deal with the differents issues or problems which happen within your team and escalade them if necessary to the concerned departments or sections. * Apply and make sure that the different rules, policies and processes are lived by your employees. * Support the Finance Support Manager in achieving the global targets of the Finance Support team.The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following requirements :
Experience in a Customer Relations or in a Telco Business Company in a leading function. Very good communication skills (written and spoken) and at ease with a technical environnment (systems, processes, ...). Your mother tongue (F or G, with very knowledge of the other one) should be completed with a good command of English.
