Training and Development Specialist
at GLOBUL in Sofia, Bulgaria
Main responsibilities:
* Participate in elaboration and implementation of programs and initiatives related to the employees’ development (e.g. talent management programs, etc) * Provide consultations to the employees regarding opportunities for career and professional development * Search and study the most recent and best practices in the area of personnel development and implement them in accordance with business priorities of the company * Maintain and advance the process of learning and development aiming to enlarge employees’ future potential * Coordinate and organize training activities for the employees * Participate in the design and delivery of training courses * Prepare statistics, analysis and reports related to training and developmentThe position requires:
* University degree in Human Resources Management; Psychology, Business Administration or related * Experience in Talent management programs elaboration, Succession planning and/or Career paths development * Training Experience * Experience in recruitment in an international company will be an advantage * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Confident, assertive and result oriented person * Proficiency in English and very good PC skills * Ability and readiness to travel
