The Talent Development team is responsible for developing Manager and leadership capability across O2 UK as well as delivering on a number of European Talent Development related initiatives with Telefonica. The UK focus includes talent management and succession planning, executive and management learning and development, leadership capability frameworks, annual performance review and 360 feedback processes, and employee engagement strategy and process
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Interim Talent Development Consultant to support the Talent Development team over 6 months with a broad range of development activities. These include:
Supporting the evolution of our UK core L&D offerings, such as 360 and management development programmes
Delivering our Company Induction and New Manager programmes
Working closely with the Talent Development Business Partners to support Talent Development conversations and activities
Consulting with a variety of business areas across the UK regarding specific local needs and designing solutions suitable to the audience
Supporting European projects
Previous experience and knowledge of the following is required:
* Experience in learning & development in a consultative environment, with a strong bias on Management Development * Broad theoretical knowledge on management and leadership development * Conducting TNA – understand the techniques for identifying and measuring training needs * Strong facilitation skills in both formal and informal development * Sound understanding and experience of learning design considerations * E-learning * Vendor and client relationship management * Project management experienceEssential Skills:
