Resourcing Partner - Service Operations

The Resourcing function at Orange is responsible for the planning for, attraction and recruitment of world-class talent, enabling Orange to be the best-loved communications brand in the UK.
As the Resourcing Partner in the North for Service Operations you’ll be responsible for the delivery of the Orange recruitment strategy for Service. You’ll be accountable for the end-to-end recruitment process from attraction through to verbal offer acceptance. You’ll ensure the cluster has the right people, in the right place at the right time, and have the resources to effectively pursue and deliver their business objectives. You’ll investigate and implement innovative and cost effective solutions for improvements in all processes.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Resourcing and the Service Lead in delivering the strategy, and you’ll ensure that all recruitment is achieved in a cost effective way. You’ll set the direction, coach, develop and line manage the Resourcing Team (of Lead Resourcers and Associate Resourcers) for Service Operations.
Must Haves
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
* In-depth experience in volume recruitment or resourcing roles either within agency, managed-service-provider or blue-chip corporate environment * Experienced and successful business manager with a proven track record of delivering operational capability in a complex business environment * Excellent team management skills, evidence of coaching, developing and managing delivery of resultsNice to Haves

The Talent & Development Function is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, training & development, performance management and career & talent management for all employees, at all levels, across all areas within Orange UK.Operational training (Service and Sales & Loyalty) forms the largest part of the team (circa 70), based across the UK, designing and delivering development solutions to meet individual, team and business needs to drive sales performance and enable/support the delivery of a Brilliant customer experience.
Working in partnership with all business areas, the Talent & Development Team initiates and implements best practice solutions to attract, develop and retain the very best people, driving business performance and success.
