CSL is committed to offering long term and promising careers to our future leaders. Our Corporate Sales Trainee / Retail Sales Trainee Program provide talented university graduates with tremendous development opportunities, cross-company exposure and valuable insights into the mobile business.

The program comprises comprehensive training with focus in our retail business. You will be attached in our retail stores for on-the-job training. In addition, you will receive classroom training as well as attachment in various functional areas across the company.

Throughout the program you will receive mentoring and ongoing performance coaching. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with professionals and senior management team, of which you will gain both technical knowledge and management skills necessary to become our future starts in retail business.
We look for :
We are looking for 2008 or 2009 graduates who possess the following qualities:

* Dynamic, self-motivated and committed * Keen to meet challenge with passion to develop career in Retail Industry * Strong communication skills with good command of English and Cantonese * Knowledge of telecom industry or mobile data network is an advantage
