SHOP MANAGER / SUPERVISOR, RETAIL SALES
at CSL in Hong Kong
Responsibilities :
You will lead and manage a team of shop staff effectively to achieve the assigned sales and customer service targets. You need to Implement strategies and sales plan to increase sales revenue. You have to ensure all directions and guideline are followed properly for the achievement and compliance to operation standards on procedures, reports, cash, stocks and other service standards. You are also required to ensure smooth communication and consistent work practices are in place in shops to facilitate delivery of sales and customer service as well as assist in special projects or assignments as situation demand.
We look for :
- Degree holder with minimum 1 year's sales experience / non-degree holder with minimum 5 years' experience of which at least 2 years' managerial experience in retail and with proven sales record
- Highly result-focused with strong leadership and people management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge and skill on IT / Data Products / Services
- Applicant with less experience will be considered for the post of Shop Supervisor
