Responsibilities :

* To lead and manage retail shop outlets to achieve agreed sales, service and customer retention targets * To formulate retail strategy and sales initiatives and plan ahead so as to achieve the desired objectives of the business * Accountable for the delivery of quality service and operational excellence * To ensure smooth communication and consistent work practices in place and develop staff

We look for :

* Degree / Post Secondary education in business related discipline, minimum 8 years’ retail experience at managerial level * With Proven sales record * Exposure to telecommunication industry is highly preferable * Strong leadership, team building and people management skills * Good analytical and problem solving skills * Innovative and able to identify, pursue sales opportunities
